John Uhart is a native Northern Nevadan. He has actively held a real estate broker’s license in the State of Nevada since 1978 and a Nevada State property management certificate since 1997. John has also been an active CCIM designee since 1995, and he was the acting president of the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter in 1997. John currently manages and oversees all aspects of John Uhart Commercial Real Estate Services. John has been and continues to be involved in numerous local organizations proving his dedication to the future of Northern Nevada. |

Robyn Uhart has been a resident of Northern Nevada for over 30 years. Robyn is the full time office manager. She has been a licensed real estate sales associate and licensed property manager in the State of Nevada since 1995. Prior to her career in real estate, Robyn was in the banking industry for 11 years. Her background includes management, lending, accounting, sales and customer service. She has extensive knowledge of the banking industry and of customer relations. |

Samuel Douglass is a 4th generation Nevadan born and raised in Reno. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with distinction from the University of Nevada Reno and also attended the University of Stirling in Scotland to compliment his degree. Samuel has actiely held a real estate license in the State of Nevada since 2007 and is currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. Samuel is currently serving on Northern Nevada Development Authority's Commercial Real Estate and Development Advisory Committee and is a member of the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors. |
