John Uhart

Owner / Broker / CCIM / Licensed Property Manager John Uhart is a native Northern Nevadan. He has
actively held a real estate broker’s license in the State of Nevada
since 1978 and a Nevada State property management certificate
since 1997. John has also been an active CCIM designee since 1995,
and he was the acting president of the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter
in 1997. John currently manages and oversees all aspects of John
Uhart Commercial Real Estate Services. John has been and continues
to be involved in numerous local organizations proving his dedication
to the future of Northern Nevada. |
Robyn Uhart

Owner / Licensed Property Manager / Licensed Nevada Real Estate Salesperson Robyn Uhart has been a resident of Northern Nevada for over
30 years. Robyn is the full time office manager. She has been
a licensed real estate sales associate and licensed property
manager in the State of Nevada since 1995. Prior to her career
in real estate, Robyn was in the banking industry for 11 years.
Her background includes management, lending, accounting, sales
and customer service. She has extensive knowledge of the banking
industry and of customer relations. |
Keith Howell

Licensed Property Manager / Licensed Nevada Real Estate Salesperson Keith Howell has been a resident of Northern Nevada for over
14 years. Keith began working in escrow in California in 1986.
He then moved to Northern Nevada and began work with Western
Title Company in 1995 as an escrow officer and then was promoted
to branch manager until 2003. Keith then moved to Stewart Title
Company as an escrow officer until 2007. He has an extensive
background in clerical, management, customer service, and client
relations. Keith is a licensed real estate sales associate and
licensed property manager in the State of Nevada. Keith has
been with John Uhart Commercial Real Estate Services since February
of 2007. |
Samuel Douglass

Licensed Nevada Real Estate Salesperson Samuel is a native of Northern Nevada. He is currently pursuing
a BS in Business Management from the University of Nevada Reno.
He has also attended Stirling University in Scotland to compliment
his degree. Samuel has been involved in property development,
maintenance, and general management in the past through family
projects. Samuel has been a licensed real estate salesperson
in Nevada since March of 2007. |
